1. Shipping within Australia

We currently ship all orders within Australia using Standard Australia Post services.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

3. Free Shipping

Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST. Allow 1–3 business days for processing after your order is placed.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on Australia Post's network and your location. Check current estimates on the Australia Post website.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is posted, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Use it on the Australia Post website to follow your delivery.
